Our PVC Vinyl Floor Covering is the practical choice for gym owners, training arenas, and fitness centers. Made from sturdy PVC in various weights such as 580gsm, 610gsm and 630gsm, including flame-retardant options, this cover is designed to protect your floors while handling the daily workout grind. Its basic design allows simple folding and securing to the floor via battening, giving you flexibility in managing your space.
Customize your cover with Velcro attachments, eyelets, and bungee cords for easy removal and cleaning. Our 50mm/100mm-wide Velcro is sewn onto the cover, and self-adhesive Velcro is supplied to the customer to stick to the floor. Alternatively, our 30mm Eyelets and 8mm/10mm bungee can secure your cover to hooks on the floor (hooks not provided by us). This cover is also available in our 15oz proofed canvas.

We high-frequency weld the pieces of vinyl flooring roll together to your own measurements, or slightly larger than your measurements if the floor cover needs to be folded and battened down.
Whilst we will do on-site measurements for an extra fee, this customer measured their own gym and pointed out any obstructions in their drawing. As you can see, the room was an 'L' shape, which was no problem for us, so we made the cover to their specifications. This customer used velcro to secure their cover to the floor, which you can see near the start of the video. We sent the cover via courier and they fit the cover themselves, and did a fantastic job!
